Hey! I’m currently looking for two housemates to renew my tenancy with in February. I’m currently in a very modern townhouse in the city centre which is part of the filaments apartment block, so you’ll receive all the same amenities!
Room details:
- double bed
- shared bathroom
- full length window with blackout blinds
- semi furnished (double bed included)
- wifi is also included in the rent price
House details:
- 24/7 reception desk and parcel room
- parking (£130 a month, but there is a waitlist). I currently have my car parked in there so we’ll have a mode of transport for food shopping and fun times out!
- 24/7 gym access
- Outdoor patio area
- Outdoor terrace area in filaments building.
- Salford central stop is literally 1 min walk away.
- various local supermarkets
- 15 min walk to get to Arndale (centre of town)
Bills:
Bills outside of the WiFi are not included and usually add a rough £180 on top of the rent each. (This is for energy, water and council tax). In the summer it’s quite calm and will be less than this a month but colder months can get quite spenny.

I’ve been really enjoying a movie night recently and love going to concerts. I spend most weekends out socialising and trying new food places.
