Double room and bathroom. City Centre M1

I’m looking for a friendly, respectful housemate to take the spare double room in my flat. The room is clean, cosy, and gets good natural light throughout the day. It comes with a brand double bed and wardrobe. The mattress is shown in the photo but the bed frame is in the process of being delivered.

It would also fit a desk if you work from home and have your own.

You’ll be sharing with me. I work as a software engineering, and I’m pretty easy-going, tidy, and considerate. In my spare time I enjoy watching films, playing music or coding.
