Room for rent in Manchester City

My flatmate is leaving in February so I am looking to rent out the room.
The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The apartment also has a kitchen, bathroom and lounge.
It is about 10-15 min walk to Exchange Square.

About me:
My name is Megan and I am 29 years old working in Insurance, my job is fully remote. I am looking for someone not just to share the bills with, but hopefully to become friends.

I have recently moved to Manchester myself so I don't know many people and since my job is remote my social circle isn't really that big. I grew up in Spain so I also speak Spanish.
I do also like my alone time and would like someone that is comfortable with that too. I like to keep things clean and tidy but I am not OCD about it, so I am looking for someone similar in this sense.

I have a long distance relationship and my boyfriend comes to visit me once per month, sometimes even longer, so it's important that the person moving in is ok with that.
I also want you to feel at home and of course if you want to bring any friends that is totally fine, just not crazy parties everyday, I am too old for that now lol.
I try and exercise although I'm not great at that, and I would love to share some glasses of wine with my new flatmate! I am into going out to different places to drink wine, cocktails and try new food!
I am attaching some photos of the inventory but when my flatmate sends me more I can forward them on. The room has a lot of light (when the sun is out lol)
