The building offers excellent facilities including a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room, as well as a residents’ cinema and communal workspace. The apartment block also has great transport links, within a 10-minute walk of New Islington tram stop and Piccadilly train station.

The flat comes fully furnished. The photos are from before I moved in, so there have been a few additions since then.

I’m a working professional originally from Greater Manchester and have been living in the city centre for around a year. Outside of work I’m into sports — mainly football — as well as the gym/running and gaming. Ideally looking for a friendly, tidy and considerate housemate.
