I am the current tenant but unfortunately have to move to another city from January 2026 so have to look for replacement. This is an excellent flat where I have lived since I moved to UK over a year ago.

Its a lovely place right in the centre of Manchester City Centre. The post code is M13HW. It is a large apartment with 3 bedrooms, a large living room with high ceiling and very well fitted kitchen with all amenities (friends often shocked at how good the apartment looks).

My room is ensuite and includes washroom and shower inside. I have two flatmates, both early 20s, and really kind and friendly people.

The rent is 830 GBP (includes all bills and electricity). The council tax is 80 GBP per person.
