38, genuinely lovely and easy to live with. We enjoy chatting after work, cooking dinner, and relaxing together, while also respecting each other’s space. Clean, tidy, and respectful of communal areas — looking for someone similar.

Costs
• Rent: £825 per month
• Deposit: 5 weeks’ rent (approx. £950)
• Bills: ~£180 per month (includes electricity, council tax, water & internet)

Move-in & tenancy
• Available from: 1st February
• Tenancy: 12-month contract required

Referencing will be required from your employer and current landlord.
