Due to relocation I’m moving out and need someone to take over my tenancy. The tenancy ends Nov 2026, however it can be extended. The rent is at a fixed price of £1850 per month. The flat is council tax band D and we are currently with Ovo Energy. WiFi is included in the rent. Bills and council tax is around £250 total. It will be available from now till start of Feb.

The flat is on the 8th floor and has 2 bathrooms (this room being the en suite). The bedroom itself self is a really good size, I have plenty of room for work from home desk and other furniture.

The building is next door to Victoria Station, there is a CoOp a couple minutes walk away and Arndale is a 5 minute walk away!
