Room to rent in flat

I’m looking for a new flatmate as my current one has just moved to Australia. I’ve lived in the flat for over two years and absolutely love it. Current contract on flat is until the start of June, but could be extended after this.
I’m a 26-year-old doctor working shift patterns. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, long walks, and going out for meals and drinks. I’m hoping to find someone who’s not just a flatmate but also a friend, and who’s happy to socialise from time to time.
Because of my shift work, I’d ideally prefer someone who isn’t mainly working from home. I’m looking for a considerate, friendly, and easygoing person who’ll treat the flat like a home.
The room has an en-suite, is fully furnished. There is a spacious living room- kitchen. Access to a gym and resident lounge is included in rent. There is a car park approximately 5 minute walk away that a permit costs approximately £50 a month if required.
