My flatmate moving city and need someone to take her room in a 2-bed apartment at Angel Gardens, right in Manchester city centre. It's an amazing location, just a short walk to the Northern Quarter and loads of shops, cafés and transport links.
The building has great amenities and the flat is modern, clean, and super convenient.
The total amount for bills and council tax comes to around £247 per month, or £122 if you're a student.
To pass referencing, applicants must have no adverse credit and a total annual income of £28,350.
