Looking for new flatmate

My flatmate will be moving out at the end of March and I’m looking for a new flatmate.

The flat is a decent size on the 13th floor. The bedroom comes furnished, and I’ve furnished the flat to make it more homely over the last couple of years. Room comes with a private bathroom (not ensuite). There is also a gym, co-working space on 42nd floor, concierge , and cinema room in the building.

I’m 30, lived in Manchester for 3 years. I’m pretty outgoing and active, like going out for food, coffee, running, gym, boxing. I’d prefer someone social who wants to hang out from time to time.

I work fully remote, but we currently have two desks set up in the living area and I’m happy to share the space/work out logistics if needed.

I also have a sausage dog Indie. He’s very sociable and friendly, so you would need to be comfortable around dogs! If you have a dog I’d also open, Indie gets on well with other dogs.
