I am sadly moving out of our gorgeous 3-bed flat and my other flatmate is going travelling, so we have 2 rooms available to move in with George, as he would prefer to stay (can’t blame him!)
The flat is in a great location on Chapel Street, just opposite Salford central station, a 5-minute walk to Spinningfields and a 10-minute walk to market street.
The flat is a duplex with a spacious shared kitchen and living room, a shared downstairs toilet and shared upstairs full bathroom. The larger room also has an en-suite with a shower. We have 2 balconies (one on each level), and the 2 rooms available share the upstairs balcony, which is perfect in summer.
The flat comes with a washer/ dryer and small dishwasher, as well as a garage in the secure car park downstairs which is great for extra storage or alternatively could fit a small car.
We have had a fab year in this flat and George would love some flatmates who would also hopefully become friends! 🩷 We love going to the pub, having games nights, going on walks and the odd night out, as well as staying in and watching TV or playing the switch 😛
The en-suite has a double bed with drawers for storage beneath, a chest of drawers, 2 side tables and a massive wardrobe with mirrored doors, as well as double sliding doors to the balcony.
The 2nd room has the same large wardrobe, chest of drawers, plus a double bed and side table. This room also has sliding double doors to the balcony.
The larger en-suite room is £635 per month, and the 2nd room (shared bathroom with 1 other) is £600 per month, which is amazing for the quality of the rooms and the location!
Bills including council tax, water, WiFi and energy come to around £160 each per month🌟
We do have a video tour from when we moved in available if you would like to view that, and can arrange a chat/ viewing if you are interested in any of the rooms🥰
