Cute flat in the city centre

Hi I’m Laurance, a 22 year old working professional who is looking to sublet my double room in a 2 bed 1 bathroom flat in the city centre.

It’s a 1 minute walk to Salford central station
12 minute walk to the arndale
15 minute walk to Victoria station
26 minute walk to picadilly station

The flat includes a large living space with exposed bricks walls, pillars surrounding that flat as well as wooden beams on the ceiling. Very cute mid century vide to it and it’s just very homely. Living room also has a big tv, Dj equipment as well as a computer ( but that is my flat mates not mine )

Comes with a kitchen ( of course ) includes pretty much everything other than a dryer and a dishwasher.

The bedroom I’m subletting it’s a narrow double room with a window. Contains a double bed, storage underneath the bed as well as a wardrobe and two drawers.

Bathroom is shared with my other flat.
With a fully working overhead shower and bathtub with a sink and toilet. It has a tall organiser against the pole in the bathroom with plenty of space which will be shown in the pictures.

You’ll be living with my best friend and also colleague Joshua, who is 23 and a working professional. He’s an extremely clean and bubbly person who is an absolute love to be around. He does work 4/5 nights a week so please be aware that he will be up doing stuff late a night. I’ll upload a picture of us both on this ad :)

I’ll be subletting my room as I’m going away to see my family for a month in the Philippines so could do with the extra money! If interested please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we can arrange a little coffee date or something to get to know each other better thanks :)
