Double Room in Macintosh Mills, Castlefield (M1)

I've been living at Macintosh Mills for a year and my current housemate will be moving out in February. The spacious bedroom comes with a double bed, drawers, a desk & desk chair and blinds (but happy if you would prefer to furnish it yourself). The large main bathroom would be solely yours with a large bath & shower and mirror.

The flat itself is two bedroom, two bathroom with a shared kitchen/living area in a quiet, converted mill very near Oxford Road and First Street (HOME). The shared space has been fully furnished by me with a large kitchen island (that I built myself to include a wine fridge!) great for hosting dinner parties and a sofa bed for having friends to stay.

There is a communal patio/garden in the basement for residents to use and secure bike storage. A parking space is not included but I park my car a 3 minute walk away.

You'd be living with me and I'd love someone friendly and outgoing. I work remotely most weekdays but frequently travel for work and fun. I'm enthusiastic about music & djing, raves, pub quizzes, squash, cycling, DIY, hiking, travel, coffee, the news and lots more because I'm an incredibly well rounded guy!

I like to keep busy and social so would be out at least half of the week and I regularly stay at my girlfriend's house too but would like to live with someone who wants to hang out (pub trips, gigs, sports or activities etc.) and make the flat feel like a home. On occasion I also pet sit.
