Double Room w/ Bathroom in Northern Quarter

Hey! I’m looking for a new female flatmate (mid-20s) to move into a spacious double room in a modern 2-bed flat in Manchester.

💵Rent: £806 each, bills around £130-150 each per month inc. council tax, wifi, water & electric.
Contract: 12-month tenancy (Tenancy is up so will be signing a new contract with updated name). Not sure how this will be affected with new tenancy laws in May as could mean it changes to monthly rolling.

Large double bedroom with plenty of space for a desk if needed.
Built-in wardrobes with mirrored doors
Your own bathroom, which has a bath (not en-suite - accessed via living room, but private to you)
Spacious and comfortable shared living areas
Great location just outside Northern Quarter with easy access to transport, shops and nightlife.
Victoria Station is about a 10 min walk, same for arndale!
The building has a roof terrace and a fitness studio too.

💁‍♀️About Me:
I’m 26, work in marketing for a nutrition firm and am based in the office 5 days a week.

I love socialising with friends and going for a drink/ going to gigs but can also appreciate a cosy night in front of the tv! Up for meeting new friends over coffee or a drink etc.

I’m a big traveller! I’ve been backpacking for 6 months to Asia & Australia a few years ago and I love visiting new countries. My aim is to hit 30 countries before 30 (which i’m very nearly at)!

I also enjoy reading (always open to book recs!). I’ve recently read forth wing but love fantasy, romance, anything you find on booktok etc.

I ran my first half marathon last year and am currently training for another one with friends this year but always open to new running partners!

I’ve been living here in this flat with my best friend (current flatmate) for the last year but she’s now looking to move away from Manchester, so looking for someone laidback, tidy and friendly to take her place. Preferably a similar age to me and sociable but also happy for quiet nights in too!
