• Bills: Approx. £150 pcm total per person (electricity, water, internet & Council Tax Band D)
• Flexible rent split between tenants (as long as total rent is covered)

(End of Feb / start of March ideal, but flexible earlier or later)
• Fully furnished with a cosy shared living area
• Washer-dryer included in the flat
• Extra 4×4 IKEA storage shelf in the living room (can stay or be removed)

📄 Tenancy & Process
• This is a formal tenancy takeover, managed directly by JLL GreenGate Apartments. As we want to terminate our tenancy early, building management said that they’ll allow it if we find our own replacements.
• You’ll be set up on a new 1-year tenancy (I believe the Renters’ Rights Bill will come into force from 1 May 2026, which allows you to terminate a tenancy with 2 months’ notice so you may be able to do a shorter tenancy)
• All referencing and contracts are handled by building management
• We’ll arrange a professional end-of-tenancy clean, and GreenGate will carry out their own inspection to make sure everything is in top fresh condition — any issues come out of our current deposit. The process will be the same as taking a GreenGate flat directly, just without the extra furniture and kitchen essentials + friendly advice from people who have lived here for over 3 years!)
