Hi, we’re looking for 1-2 people to take over our tenancy in our lovely, modern two-bed 2 bath flat as we’re moving cities. The room comes furnished, with a bed, side tables and a wardrobe. One room has an en-suite bathroom and the other will have the main bathroom for themselves.
The flat:
• Rent: £1412 pcm for the entire flat (bills incl. electricity, water, Internet and Council Tax Band D: approx. £150-200 on top). We’ve worked out rent split ourselves so it’s flexible, as long as the total rent is paid.
• Tenancy runs from 1 March 2026 but can be discussed for earlier or later move-ins. There is an option to renew or do tenant swaps afterwards.
• Fully furnished with a cozy shared living room and well-equipped kitchen, washer-dryer included in flat.
• We’ve bought the storage shelf in the living room ourselves. Don’t really know what we’re going to do with it yet - there is the option to keep or remove it from the flat if you prefer.
• Great transport links and near to city centre location – 7 mins walk from Manchester Victoria station, 10 mins walk to the Arndale Shopping Centre and Market Street, M&S, ALDI etc, 2 mins walk to Sainsbury’s Local down the street, a new ASDA express is opening soon right outside the building too.

• Pet friendly (extra charge)
• 24/7 concierge
• Secure bike storage and parcel lockers
Our lease is managed by the building management at GreenGate Apartments. You will be going through them for the proper signing procedures and reference checks.
