Im moving out so have an available room in a flat with 2 others (1 girl 1 boy both 28) you’d be sharing a bathroom with one other
I have a new flat so secured so will be Available from now, preferably before the 18th as that’s when rent is due, message for viewings:)
Rent is £633 a month paid on the 18th,
Regular bills are around £80pcm (for council tax Band C, wifi, washing machine tablets and dishwasher tablets which we get delivered) and energy is about £40pcm depending on usage (more expensive in winter).
The building has a gym and 24 hour security/ concierge so parcels are always safe.
We are about 5 minute walk from the New Islington Tram stop, 10 minute walk from Piccadilly station, and about 15 minutes from Ancoats Marina.
We do love this flat and the balcony runs the entire length of the kitchen/lounge and is an absolute sun trap, so great in the summer and great for having friends over etc.
Parking is available for an additional £80 - £100pcm in the car park to the building
