I am advertising the largest room in an all female flat in the Swan Street House Building in Manchester as a tenancy takeover, as I am no longer working in Manchester. The room is available to let to a young female professional starting 1 Feb, 2026 (with some flexibility) until the contract expiry on 30 Sept, 2026.

It's at a great location with:

- Sainsbury local and Tesco express at 7mins walk, Aldi and PureGym at 10mins walk
- Shudehill tram stop 5mins walk
- Great cafes (and some of MCR's best) and pubs all within 10mins walk for that mid week pick me up
- Arndale market and Printworks with all major retailers within 5mins walk
- Market Street with popular retail brands like Primark, Tim Hortons, Uniqlo etc. within 15mins walk
- 3 stops away from Manchester Piccadilly for national connectivity and 3mins walk from the Shudehill coach station, that also has Flixbus for budget travels

The apartment comes with all white goods in the kitchen, you would be sharing the large family bathroom with my lovely flatmate and the kitchen and communal spaces are shared amongst the three occupants.

Bills come to roughly £150-£175 pp. The apartment is a council tax band E.

Couples are strictly not allowed.

About my lovely flatmates:
- 23f, is currently between jobs and looking for a role in Sustainability. She is really sweet and loves a good cup of chai. Would prefer a vegetarian flatmate but enjoys non veg diet occasionally. P. S. - you'd share the bathroom with her.
- 23f, part actuary and has been in Manchester for over a year, doesn't WFH usually, really kind and fun to hang with and is a vegetarian

The views from the room are truly brilliant, the flat being on the 16th floor with 2 lifts.
