Need to fill my room FAST

Hi everyone who sees this!

I'm posting on behalf of my friend Sam who is staying in our tenancy in Manchester, sadly (bitter sweet) I'm relocating to Norfolk for a career decision so I need to find someone to take over my tenancy and share with Sam.

**A little about the property!**

The property is pretty central in Manchester, roughly 5 minutes walk to Victoria Station, maybe 10 to the Arndale. It's a 2 bed 2 bath flat with a gym on-site... So for the money you get access to a gym and your own bathroom. The room available is the smaller of the two but it's still a double bed! Comes with wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables and I can leave my TV stand if you'd like! The bathroom is the main bathroom so has a bath and overhead, rainfall style shower and then you have a shared kitchen and living area.

**A little about Sam!**

Obviously you want to know who you're living with. Sam is a working professional in a QA job for a warehouse. He works shifts Monday to Friday, 2-10. In his free time Sam enjoys going to the gym, playing FIFA, watching TV and film and on occasion cracking open a cold one. He's happy to have a roommate who's willing to have a little debrief at the end of the day, occasionally watch a match together or for someone who would rather just keep to themselves.

Officially the tenancy would start from the 8th of February as that's the date rent gets taken, but I'm leaving a little before then so if you need to get in sooner it can be discussed.

Council Tax is Band D and if you want to arrange to come see the flat and meet us drop me a message!
