My flatmate of 3 years is moving out to live with his partner in April and I’m looking for another young professional to come and join the tenancy. The apartment is a 2 bed, 2 bath with shared living room, kitchen, and balcony, offering a very affordable rent for its location close to Victoria Station, the Northern Quarter and the city centre.

A bit about me - I’m a 24 year old professional working full time whilst also completing my masters. I’m clean, organised and very chill, preferring to use the flat as a relaxed space when I’m not working or studying.

Outside of work I’m a massive sports fan and love the outdoors so try to get out into the mountains whenever I can. Ideally I’d like a clean and relaxed flatmate who I can get along with as a mate as well as someone to flat share with. Non-smoker preferred and kitchen cleanliness is important to me because of a food allergy which is easy to deal with so long as you’re considerate (never been an issue before in 8 years of sharing flats).
