My amazing flatmate & best friend Kate is moving city so I’m looking for a legend to replace her 😭
The room is a small double with bed, two wardrobes with drawers, bedside table, small desk & tv.
All of this can be removed if wanted, except for one wardrobe.
The flat is situated in green quarter, 5 mins from Victoria. Fully furnished, couch, dining table, coffee table, crockery and cookware, appliances etc.
Utility cupboard with washer/dryer.
You’ll have almost-sole use of the main bathroom with shower over bath, as my room has an en-suite (I do still use the bath occasionally)
I am a bar manager so my working hours change and can be late sometimes; new tenant would need to be okay with this.
Someone with similar interests that I can vibe with would be nice. A fellow hospitality worker would be great but not essential.
The landlord/agency is decent. We’ve lived here for 2 years and any issues we’ve had have been fixed promptly, other than this they leave us alone.
Bills are approx 230/month each for everything. That’s electric, council tax, water & high speed broadband.
They are already asking about our intentions regarding tenancy renewal, so I’m looking to lock in a new flatmate soon hopefully!
