The flat is in Greengate on the edge of Manchester City centre only a 10 minute walk to market street. You’ll be living with the best 2 girls who are super tidy and love socialising in the flat. They’re looking for a likeminded girl who will enjoy a chill night and also the occasional night out.
The room is a double room which comes furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables (desk and tv stand not included).
Rent is £625 a month with about £150 each additional in bills broken down as follows.
Council tax: £71 each
Electric: £40-50 each
WiFi: £10 each
Water: £25-30 each
