I’ve recently moved to Manchester knowing my friends are about to finish their PHDs and relocate to London. They have been in the flat for around 2 years and are reluctantly moving. Knowing that this is a rare find at its price point. I wanted to take on the flat because of its location and price.

The flat is in a gated development, with plenty of local shops and access to public transport. There is also a dishwasher as well, but no dryer or parking spaces.

I am an easy going individual that’s easy to get on with. I like an occasional pint although I haven’t had one for a few months. I do like to go to the gym as well as cook and watch F1. But I want to get into running as I’ve not been very active the last couple of months.

£500 for each room and roughly £200 pm each for Bills.

- Water £80
- Internet £27

(This has been the average for the last few months, I think energy and water is a bit high so I’m going to check the rates, as we should be able to lower this)
