I work full-time on weekdays. On weekends, I usually go hiking or relax at home. Occasionally, I invite friends over for dinner, but I don’t host late-night parties. I keep the flat quiet and tidy, and while I enjoy having my own space, I’m also happy to be friendly and get along well as flatmates.
The apartment is located in the M3 area, right in the city centre, only 5 mins walking to Victoria Station and 5 mins to Arndale. Super convenient for commuting, shopping, and daily life.
The building and apartment are very modern and well-maintained. On the ground floor, there is a lovely cafe in the shared communal area, and residents enjoy 15% off.
The monthly rent is all-inclusive, which means it covers: Rent+Council Tax (Band D)+WiFi+Bills package (utilities). So there are no additional monthly costs to pay on top of the rent. I can also share the contract with you so you can see all the details clearly. 🙌
