This apartment is located in the wonderful Swan Street House, which is a new development situated on the border of Ancoats and Northern Quarter. Myself and my partner have lived here for a year now while we've been buying a house, and we're now finding ourselves needing to move out earlier than planned. So, in order to break our lease, we're looking for someone to move in and replace us. The lease will be completely new (minimum 12 months). And once we've found tenants, we'll pass your details onto the team at Swan Street House who will go through all the formalities (referencing, deposit etc).

We're looking for someone to move in in March, but we're flexible on the exact date :)

All furniture is included (sofa, beds, dining table, built-in wardrobes, all white goods). Both bedrooms are generously sized, with one bedroom including an en suite. All rooms have floor to ceiling windows with views from the 24th floor over the East and North of Manchester. It gets morning light so it's not too hot in the summer!
