My current flatmate is moving out so I have a double room with en suite available in Manchester CC - between Ancoats and Green Quarter. The flat is modern and in a great location which is away from the business of town but still a 5 minute walk from the Arndale and Victoria Station.

I'm looking for a professional male to take over the room. Someone who is sociable but can respect boundaries and is clean. Down for a film night, pint or watching the football/reality TV would be great.
