I'm currently looking for a flatmate to replace me in central Manchester.

• The flat includes:
One ensuite bedroom - this will be yours (main bedroom with a private ensuite shower room)
One double bedroom - currently occupied exiting flatmate

Shared kitchen

Shared living room

Second private toilet

Hyperoptic high-speed WiFi
Parking space included

Location:

The flat is ideally located, very close to Manchester Victoria Station, Walking distance to Picadilly station ,Manchester Arndale, and the Northern Quarter. ( near gooey bakery )

Availability: mid February but flexible

Rent：
£715 per month
Bills and council tax not included
All bills are split equally, parking included

Requirements:
Reference check required
Full-time employment preferred

A little about existing flatmate :
Working full-time at an NHS hospital, usually Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work. So you’ll have the flat pretty much to yourselves .
He’s clean, respectful, and easygoing.
