I’m looking for a friendly, tidy housemate to rent a double room in my 2-bed flat in New Islington.
The room gets loads of natural light and comes with your own bathroom (not en-suite, but it’s right next to the front door and will be completely yours!).
We have an open-plan kitchen and living area, which opens onto a long balcony that runs the full length of the flat - which is nice in summer
Rent: £675
Bills: around £160 / month
Accommodation also has:
• On-site gym included at no extra cost (fully refurbished this summer)
• Parking available if needed (~£100 per month)
Location:
New Islington - close to Ancoats, the city centre, and great transport links (4/5 min walk from new Islington tram stop), marina super close too
Looking for someone easy-going, who id love to be friends with not just flatmates! I love a movie night in as well as trying new bars/restaurants, going for coffees, gym, walks etc etc! Let me know if you are interested :) current tenancy ends 13th March but possibility to move in earlier (from late Feb)
