Double bedroom room in a 2 bed flat (city centre)

Hello! I am looking for someone to take over the tenancy (ends June 2nd) in a 2 bed flat i’m currently renting in Manchester city centre (within 5 mins of oxford road station) as the current tenant is moving out of the area. The property has one shared bathroom, a balcony and is in council tax band D. I am a 20 year old student who works part-time. I am a friendly, chill and clean person and i am looking for the same in a flatmate :)
