I’m looking for someone to take over my current flatmates room in a super convenient, centrally located high rise apartment building: 2-bed, 2-bath.
Move-in date would be 7th March 2026.
The tenancy runs until 7th August 2026, with the option to renew.
The room is a bright, large double room ensuite with stunning views of Manchester.
I'm looking for someone clean, considerate and easy to live with who is also wanting a relaxed and tidy place to come home to.
I work full-time, Monday to Friday, 9-5 in the charity sector supporting young adults, so I’m usually out of the house during the day. I like to paint, swim and go to gigs/galleries in my spare time.

Total rent: £1,425 total rent - £737.50 per person
