Hi! I’m heading off travelling for around 3 months and looking for someone to take my room in our lovely Manchester City Centre flat while I’m away. The length of stay is flexible as my length of time I am away is dependent on having my room filled etc

You’ll be living with my flatmate (26 F) — she’s a working professional who works from home most days (from a set-up in her bedroom), and is honestly a dream to live with. She’s really social, bubbly, clean, tidy and just generally a lovely person to share a home with.

The Flat
The flat is really spacious, well looked after and right in the heart of the city centre — walking distance to everything you’d need.
• Close to Deansgate & Spinningfields
• 10 min walk to Manchester Victoria
• 15 min walk to Manchester Piccadilly
• 15 min walk to Manchester Oxford Road

Fully furnished throughout, including a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, built-in coffee machine and air fryer.

The Room
The bedroom comes fully furnished with:
• Comfy double bed
• Wardrobes
• Bedside tables
• Chest of drawers
• Full length mirror and dressing table mirror

Decorative furnishings (lamps, plants, art etc.) can either be left in the room or stored with my belongings depending on what you’d prefer / what you’re bringing.

This is a 1 bathroom apartment so is shared however the flatmate is really clean and not a bathroom hogger!

Ideally looking for someone who:
• Is new to Manchester
• Is relocating for a short-term work opportunity
• Wants a comfortable base while they get settled in the city
