I am looking for a flatmate to live in the second bedroom of the flat I am renting. Room is fully furnished and has sole use of the main bathroom.

The room is available pretty much straight away, following satisfactory completion of referencing by the letting agent (Reeds Rain).

The room includes bedside table, chest of drawers, desk, wardrobe and the bed and mattress are both brand new and unused.

The flat is located in a central location, very close to Shudehill and Manchester Victoria station.
There is a Co-Op round the corner and the Arndale, Ancoats, North Quarter and Market Street etc are all nearby.

The kitchen has all the usual amenities (no dishwasher though), as well as an espresso bean to cup coffee machine, air fryer, and rice cooker.

Bills are not included in the rent. Including the council tax, the bills will come to around £175-200 each.

Broadband is with Hyperoptic (Gigabit Fibre)
Council Tax is Band D with Manchester City Council.

The deposit is £576 and acceptance is subject to referencing by the letting agency (Reeds Rain).

No parking is available.

Hi there, I'm Tim (30M). I've lived in Manchester for 12 years and I am originally from North Wales.
I enjoy cycling, watching movies/TV, hotpot nights, pub quizzes, traveling.
I currently work at Manchester Piccadilly station, and work various different shifts on rotation, including nights.
