It’s a 2 bed 2 bath flat in New Vic. The tenancy ends Dec 2026, however it can be extended. The rent is at a fixed price of £1800. The flat is council tax band D and we are currently with Octopus Energy. WiFi is included in the rent. Bills and council tax is around £300 total, so £150 each per month.
The flat is on the 17th floor and has 2 bathrooms (one of them being en suite). The flat in the video on my post is identical to ours. The non en suite bedroom is bigger with more storage.
The apartment building includes a gym, cinema room, events space, co working area, yoga, Pilates etc. More information can be found on New Vic’s website!
The building is next door to Victoria Station, there is a Co Op a couple minutes walk away and Arndale is a 5 minute walk away!
