Lovely en-suite room available, central Manchester

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from 1st March.

The flat is quiet and central, in Ancoats, really close to Arndale, and about 10 minutes from and Piccadilly/Victoria Station. There’s a Tesco Express across the street. There is a resident’s lounge with 2 rooftop terraces, communal garden, gym, 24/7 concierge and small co-working space in the concierge building.

The bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, spacious wardrobe and 2 bedside tables. There would be space for a small desk too.

Rent is £805.5 not including bills. Bills have been between £110-150 in total per month, and council tax comes at £162 in total (might increase slightly from April). So an additional £136-156ish each on top of the rent. You will have the ensuite.

We have a small fish tank so hope you'll be okay with that, it's in the living room. There’s also a lot of plants. Flat is on the 4th floor and we get lots of light.

If you need parking, there is secure underground parking in the building, at an additional cost of £175 per month. There are also a lot of car parks nearby which are probably cheaper.

References are required, move in date is 1st March (this can be pushed back to mid March).

A bit about my flatmate - She is an architect who works in the office most of the days. She is very sociable, easy going and friendly. She enjoys going out for food but loves quiet nights in or having friends over from time to time. She is very organised and tidy, and loves travelling. She would like to live with someone like-minded who is sociable but also enjoys their own space, and has a similar lifestyle to hers.

No party party people, no smokers or vapers, no pets, no couples, please don’t take it personally, but it just wouldn't work.
