Incredibly central northern quarter house

The closest house to the city centre.

A maisonette with balcony, and large kitchen and living space.

Double bedroom, enormous walk in wardrobe, south facing so much daylight.

The bills are very cheap.

- service fee of £10 per quarter (this can be £100s per month in flats)

Other flats in this area might offer cheap rent but will have more council tax and service fees much higher. All in at £900, this is a good deal

I’m the landlord and looking for a fun, friendly, interesting, and respectful tenant. I work from home 2-3 days per week (between tues and thurs). I have lots of hobbies and am I’m often out the house.

Ideally after someone similar!
Looking for someone that will work hybrid or in the office, and has their own interests so there’s a bit of space.

But likewise someone that I’ll get on with and be friends with.

I’m into all kinds of music, and have recently become interested in travel and languages, particularly of Latin America. I watch the football every weekend, and try to get out hiking. I’m at the gym 3/4 times per week as well.

Minimum term of 3 months in case it doesn’t work out, but ideally I’m after someone for 6-9 months minimum.

I'm after someone respectful. Just doing the basics well. Helping clean the communal areas, without me having to ask Not leaving mess or dirty dishes for more than a day or two. Not slamming doors. Quiet round the house after 11/12pm. Chipping in and buying house essentials like kitchen roll etc.
