A spacious, light-filled double room available in my two-bedroom home in Manchester M3, just a 10-minute walk from Manchester Victoria Station and Manchester Arndale.

This is a calm, well-kept home rather than a typical house share, and I’m looking for the right long-term person to enjoy and look after the space.

The room includes exclusive use of a large private bathroom (with full bath). It’s not ensuite, but as the other bedroom has its own ensuite, the main bathroom is entirely yours.

I’m the owner and I travel and work abroad frequently (around half the year), so there will be extended periods where you’ll have the flat largely to yourself.

I’m looking for a respectful, self-sufficient professional who values a peaceful living environment and appreciates a home that’s cared for.

This would suit someone independent, considerate, and comfortable with a quiet, easy dynamic — where both people value their own space.

Ideally, you’d feel at home here and naturally take pride in maintaining a calm, tidy environment. Watering a few plants while I’m away would also be appreciated.
