Hi! I’m looking for someone to join me in my flat in the heart of the Northern Quarter. It’s a brilliant central location — cafes, bars, gyms, and everything you need right on the doorstep — but tucked away enough to still feel like home.

The flat has:
• A small private balcony
• Bright, cosy living space
• All bills included (except WiFi)
• Available from 1st April

Your room comes furnished with a double bed, ensuit, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk.

About me:
I work Monday–Friday out of the house and have a pretty full life — I’m social, friendly, and enjoy having a home that feels relaxed and welcoming. I’d love this to feel like a little flat family rather than two people just passing in the hallway.

I’m ideally looking for someone who’s social, independent, and interested in actually becoming friends — maybe the odd dinner, wine night, gym class, or spontaneous plan. I’d prefer someone who doesn’t work from home full-time, but I’m flexible for the right person.
