Situated 10 minute walk into city centre, down at the bottom of Greengate, just behind Manchester Victoria Station.

Nice quiet area, with loads of local shops, but super easy access into town.

Parking in the building can be requested additionally, or I do have a space across the road, that would also be happy to transfer to whoever takes over the tenancy.

Second bedroom is also decently sized, with double wardrobes
