Looking for a new roomie 💕 En-suite Double Room

Hey, I'm Emily, I'm 29, from Manchester. 👋🏼 I'm looking for my next flat mate to move in and replace my current one - who I love, but she is moving out with her boyfriend in April/May (date tbc / flexible).

We're currently living in a stunning 2 bedroom corner apartment in M3. We're the first to live in it, and moved in here in July last year. We're 28 floors high. There's 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The building has gorgeous communal areas and a great gym. Rent is £875 each and bills roughly £200. Parking available for additional £150.

I'm looking for someone a similar age to me, who's also clean and tidy (this is important because the flat is so stunning!), someone who doesn't work from home (because I do), and someone who likes similar things to me. I don't mind if you prefer to keep yourself to yourself or if you're looking for someone to be friends with - I'm open to both! 🥰

A bit about me: I work in marketing, I love playing padel (I've become slightly obsessed ha) and going to the gym (let's see how long it lasts this time🤣). I have a boyfriend so I'm at his house in Liverpool a few days a week. I love a day drinking session in the summer and a glass of wine, but my clubbing/partying days are behind me so I'd prefer someone who was the same. I love going out for food, coffees, brunches, and shopping. I'm close with my family so I visit them often. I'm very considerate and clean.
