Looking For A Flatmate Manchester City Center

Hello! My name is Ruby and I’m urgently looking for a young professional female flatmate (ideally in her 20s but I'm open!) to take an incredible 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat with me just off Manchester Piccadilly. It's super central and perfect for commuting, socialising and everything the city has to offer.

The flat is £600 per month each and is honestly stunning; located in a bright, spacious heritage building with beautiful high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows in a perfect location. I viewed it yesterday and am absolutely in love with it.

Due to high interest from other viewers, the agency needs the initial tenant details form completed by Sunday night latest, so I’m really hoping to find someone who’d be excited to move forward with it with me!

A bit about me:
I’m a young professional, musician and designer. I'm a singer in a band and love making clothes and jewellery. I'm friendly, tidy and love a relaxed, welcoming, beautifully-decorated home (which I'd be very excited to do with this flat!)

In my spare time I love to read, listen to and make music, indulge in textile crafts, watch films and cook. I'm always up for a long chat either on the sofa or at the bar and would love an amicable, tidy flatmate to not only live with, but to share a lovely and genuine friendship.

My plan would be to set up a package with Fused Bills, so we’d just pay one simple flat monthly rate for everything and not have to worry about utilities. I used them during my time at university and they were brilliant.
