About the flat:
- Duplex penthouse, 936 sq ft, fully furnished with brand new furniture
- 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
- Open-plan lounge/diner, fully integrated kitchen, water included
- Exposed wooden beams, double-height ceilings, lots of natural light
- Council Tax Band E
- Available from 16th March 2026
- Super central — less than 10 mins walk to Piccadilly Station, close to bars, shops, and cafes
The room & rent:
- Bedroom 1: £500/month
- Security deposit split 3 ways equally (£615 per person)
- You'll be sharing the bathroom with Bedroom 2 which is on the same floor.
- Water is included in the cost of rent. Heating/Electricity and Wi-fi would be an additional £70-£90 per person monthly.
About us:
- Both 22, working full-time legal office assistant jobs (9–5)
- Graduated last year
- Enjoy a mix of nights out and quiet independent time
- We have two fully vaccinated indoor cats 🐱
