Really nice and spacious 4th floor flat, you would be sharing a bathroom with Emma. The building is in northern quarter, just a few minutes walk to the Arndale and shudehill tram stop. The building has lots of amenities - gym, co working spaces, cinema etc and 24hr staff on reception. There is parking in the building although there tends to be a waitlist but there are other car parks nearby
Rent - £775 per month
Bills - £150 (including council tax)
Deposit - £903
Myself and Emma would love to live with someone tidy and friendly who’s up for a drink or brunch on the weekend! We both work typical 9-5 mon-Fri and do a mix of wfh and office days.
