We have a double room (shared bathroom with me) available in our lovely modern 3 bed new build apartment right in Manchester City Centre.

You'll be living with two friendly, easygoing housemates who enjoy a good balance between being social and respecting each other's space. We like chilling out watching TV, going to the gym and having the occasional chat on the sofa. It would be great to find someone who's not just a housemate but someone who'd feel at home here and become a friend too 💗

The apartment itself is bright, clean, and modern, with a spacious open plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with great city views. We've also got fast free Wi-Fi, a washer/ dryer, and everything you'd expect in a new build.

The building itself comes with a gym, games room, cinema room, built in shop, co-working spaces and a PDR!!

We're looking for someone who's friendly, tidy, and considerate. Someone who's happy to have a chat or watch Netflix together now and then, but also appreciates having their own space and a relaxed, calm home.

📍Location: Super central, just a short walk to shops, coffee shops, restaurants and bars also great transport links, so it's perfect if you work in or out of the city

🧾Bills: Around £200 per month (including council
tax)

We are looking for someone to move in ideally before the 31st of March but this can be discussed
