Hi, my contract ends on the 19th of April. My flatmate just got a new job in Cheadle, so she wants to move somewhere closer to the workplace. I've been living in this flat for a year and a half. I like the place, and I would like to extend the contract.
About me:
I work in the office Monday to Friday. I'm easygoing and prefer a peaceful home during the weekdays.
Room: Small double bedroom with exclusive use of the main bathroom
Shared Areas: Living room and kitchen
Communal areas: a 24-hour concierge and an on-site gym — no need to worry about parcels or paying for a separate gym membership.
Location: Sainsbury's and ASDA around the corner. M&S, Selfridges and Manchester Victoria station within 5-10 mins.
•Rent: £666 (I pay £716 for a bigger room)
•Council tax: £110 each
•WiFi: £18 each
•Water and electricity: Dependent on usage, but roughly around £70-80 each for both.
Viewings available Mon-Fri from 6 pm, any time on Sat and Sun.
