Location-wise, it's hard to beat. You're a two-minute walk from Piccadilly station, right on the edge of the Northern Quarter and Ancoats, so you've got some of the best independent restaurants, bars, and coffee spots in the city basically on your doorstep. Piccadilly Gardens and the tram are just as close, and there's a supermarket right nearby for day-to-day bits.
