The property is extremely well located, just opposite the New Islington tram stop (easy links across the Bee Network and a quick walk into town).
I’m a quiet and tidy working professional who appreciates a calm home environment (not a party flat). I am looking for a young professional who is easy going, clean and considerate, perhaps someone to get to know who might become a friend! Queer and Trans friendly applicants strongly encouraged!
The room is modern and furnished, and has a bathroom right across the hall. We are council tax C, all rent and bills come to £850 a month. Secure parking garage underneath building.
