Single Room Available for Rent in Deansgate

This is a single room available for rent at £700 a month (£775 when accounting for bills) from the 11 May onwards. The deposit is £800. The flat is fully furnished and comes with a balcony, plus a reserved parking space (any new flatmate can take this, as I'm not a driver, so we wouldn't have to share). You'll also have your own bathroom

A little about me:
I'm twenty-six and currently work in software sales. I'm really into genre fiction (both movies and books), with science fiction and horror being my go-to genres. I'm also a die-hard metalhead, very interested in history (particularly military history) and enjoy writing & video editing. I mostly keep to myself and have a tight-knit friend group whom I usually meet up with in Bolton (my hometown), so bringing loud folks over to the flat is something flatmates needn't worry about. I also rarely if ever drink, though I'm not bothered if others do

Who I'm looking for:
My expectations are pretty average. I appreciate the shared living space (kitchen and dining area) remaining tidy, and I think sharing in taking the bins down is fair. As far as what walk of life someone comes from, or their interests, I'm cool as long as I get a good vibe from the person
