Looking for a professional to take over tenancy

Hi guys,

I currently live in this appartment with another female, who is also moving out.

I can share a rightmove link as well over Direct Message to the flat.

We are looking for 1 person to replace my tenancy, preferably male.

Flat is immaculate, and we both will get it professionally cleaned before we leave. I am moving to Colliers yard, and my flat mate is moving to Union as we both have friends in either building.
