Two Bedrooms to rent in Northern Quarter Duplex

I’m looking for new housemates to fill the rooms my friends are leaving after studying at university.

I am graduating this year and will be continuing to live in Manchester as a young professional.

I have lived in the apartment since 2023 and have really enjoyed my time here.

I am looking for housemates who value socialising but also having our own space. I enjoy going to the pub and watching live sport.

The duplex has a shared living area with tv, open plan kitchen with dining table and a balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with white goods and washer dryer.

One bedroom is a double with an en-suite, the other is just a double.

Main bathroom which tends to be shared by myself and the other non-ensuite bedroom.

There is a parking slot (which I don’t use).

The location is central northern quarter (just of edge street) and within easy walking distance to market street, the Arndale, Piccadilly gardens.
