The flat is located in Angel Gardens, Manchester City Centre. My current flatmate will be moving out at the end of July, so I’m looking for someone to take her place.

I’m ideally looking for a female professional, but I’m also open to mature students. Broadband is included in the rent, while council tax, gas, and electricity are separate and typically come to around £150–£200 per month, depending on usage.

The apartment building offers great amenities, including a gym, roof terrace, cinema room, and free concierge services.
