Got 3 rooms in the city centre of Manchester (5 min walk from Piccadilly station) available from June 14th - September 13th 2026.

Room with ensuite - 650£
Room 2 - 600£
Room 3 - 600£

Additional costs:
Council Tax E
Electric bills: 70-80£ a month

Water and WiFi is included in the base rent price

There are 3 bedrooms available and I am looking for 3 people to fill all rooms up for the Summer! I will not be living there so you will be sharing with other fellow Spareroomers unless you come as a group :)

The property is already letted out for a year September onwards so this is strictly a SHORT LET!
